Pinot Noir, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc...What is your wine of choice?

Some of Washington's finest boutique wines were uncorked Saturday evening at Country Village's first ever Wine Walk.  More than 20 local wineries were represented at the evenings festivities benefiting Northshore Performing Arts Center Foundation.  Each store was paired with a representative from a different winery, and it was a true pleasure to meet Mike, from Northwest Totem Cellars, who poured samplings of their finest wines for the evenings partcipants.

Thank you  Mark and Debbie Monteggia for being such fun and gracious hosts for the evening as hundreds of people strolled through Heartland Interiors , enjoying the wine, AMAZING food prepared by chef extraordinaire, Julie Porter (thanks Julie, your tasty tidbits were the talk of the town last night!) and taking in all the new treasures that have started arriving from Heartland's latest buying trip to Las Vegas.

The crowing jewel in the evening was the trunk show featuring Rhonda Addison's beautiful and inspiring works of art....her art is an extension of her warm and creative spirit...we love you Rhonda!

Enjoy the last few days of August, and come by sometime soon to see all the fun and fabulous things we found on our Vegas buying trip!!!

Heartland brings you a very short story, "A day in the life of Sir Francis Drake". . .

Sir Francis Drake eyes the new kid in town, Sir Ramic Drake!
Hmmm . . . looks suspiciously like an impostor.

Playing it cool, Sir Ramic Drake doesn't move!

Until he jumps at the chance to stand guard at our sign!

Sir Francis tells him he has to be real to be a true mascot!

And in the end, they to see eye to eye . . .

Becoming the best of friends!!

It's always a great day at Heartland
Come by and see what's new!

On this wonderful sunny day in seattle I'm here at the store thinking about putting my house back together after the holidays. I don't know about all of you but after I put the christmas decor away I always like to put things back just a little different. Then I can see where I could use something new to fill those empty spots or just a fun update.
Is there anything your looking for?
Are you in need of a neat new accessory?
Is there something you have been dreaming of and can't live without but havent been able to find it?
Let us know and we will try our hardest to find that special something just for you!!!
